The Lehigh County Conservation District, in partnership with South Whitehall Township, will be celebrating EARTH DAY on April 23, 2022 from 9am to 12pm at Covered Bridge Park (2466 Wehr Mill Road).

Help us celebrate by volunteering for trash clean-up, making improvements to pavilions, cleaning play equipment, planting flowers, and beautifying the park system.

To receive a free native plant and/or rain barrel (limited quantities available), visit our NEW native plant garden that morning and talk to representatives from the Lehigh County Conservation District about reducing stormwater runoff and non-point source pollution reaching our local waterways. They will take you on a short tour of the existing (and proposed) stormwater features at our local park.

Thank you in advance for helping to protect our Earth! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Laura Hopek, Environmental Educator, at LHopek@LehighConservation.org
