>Spectacular Summer Conservation: Whether you look down on the ground, deep in
the water or up in the air, there are so many ways to have fun exploring nature
and learning about how to conserve it! While on an hour-long nature expedition
filled with games and exploration, kids will learn about some of nature's
summer spectaculars - fireflies, frogs, bats, and bees, just to name a few!
>All About Sprouts:
Through interactive games, stories, critter exploration, experiments and
hands-on activities, kids will have a super time being creative and learning
all learn about the black gold of nature - soil! By the program's end,
participants will know all the amazing steps that nature takes so that a seed
can sprout into flowers that bloom!
>The Lenape of the Lehigh Valley Watershed: Learn to explore our land and our outdoor
environment as our region's first conservationists, the Lenape Native
Americans, did! Through an outdoor hike, a series of exploration activities and
games, kids will look to the land for tracks, traces and animal signs while
learning about the culture of the first naturalists of the Lehigh Valley.
>Wonderful Water: Summer might be the season for appreciating our water resources more
than any other. During this interactive program, kids will experiment and
explore and learn about this wonderful natural resource and why we need to
protect it.
